A pleasant ride through Saguaro East National Park. It is hard to beat the ride...a low traffic road through some of the prettiest desert in the area. Topped of with a chai on the way back...no better way to start the trip and a great ride to christen Edwina.

Dinner at Lovin' Spoonfuls, a great vegan restaurant. Well worth the cost of the cab ride to start the trip with a good meal.
