Irish Deer
Probably a hybrid of the Irish Red Deer and the Sika Deer. The deer is large--size of a small horse. Camera is at full zoom and visibility was low

While we were busy trying to get a good shot of the large deer, this guy was watching us from about 10 feet behind us.

Upper and Lower Lake
We had to drop down a couple of hundred feet from the head of the Glenealo Valley before we could even see the lake.

Sleeper trail covered the route making the going very hands-in-pocket...and a good thing, given the lack of visibility
